As a generalist practitioner, Kane employs an integrative approach that emphasises person-centred and non-pathologizing practices. While trained in various evidence-based models, Kane prioritises the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of a successful counselling process.

Kane is dedicated to supporting individuals on their personal journeys of healing and growth. He adopts a transdiagnostic and process-based orientation to address psychological and emotional difficulties, tailoring therapy collaboratively to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
